looking and finding

does one need to find himself (or herself) first? is it a joint discovery? or a sequential one?

      That can be an individual thing but let me tell you this; if I were an unowned slave looking for a Master I would surely be looking for one that had "found" himself and had an idea of where he was headed. I think slaves can have a tendency to need to lean pretty heavily on their Master and follow them. If the Master has no idea where he is going then where do they go? Does that make sense?

      I also think you can discover a lot about yourself going along with someone else on the same journey. It just depends on the strength of the individuals involved.
